About the Role:
The Part-Time Program Staff will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of community programs and services in Northern Berkshire. This position is designed to enhance the overall experience of participants by ensuring that programs run smoothly and effectively. The staff member will be responsible for engaging with participants, facilitating activities, and providing assistance as needed. By fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, the Program Staff will contribute to the overall success of the programs offered. Ultimately, this role aims to empower community members and promote active participation in local initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with diverse populations in a community or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
