POSITION SUMMARY
To provide a clean and safe environment for Maui Family YMCA members and their guests. Also provides a quality experience to patrons by following the YMCA core values. Position is for 15 hours a week.
DAILY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Be familiar with the appointment schedule for facility usage to allow yourself enough time to disinfect all high touch areas in the men’s locker room (faucet handles, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, bathroom stall doors, toilet handles and rims, the mirrors, the sink countertops, the front of all lockers, etc)
2. Empty locker room and second building waste baskets at the end of each shift
3. Check and replenish bathroom supplies in the men’s locker rooms
4. Check and replenish all paper towel supplies in the second building
5. Check and clean the shower drain
6. Spot clean glass doors and mirrors in the second building (racquetball glass, upstairs windows, weight room mirrors, etc)
7. Sweep and mop racquetball courts, weight room and cardio room
8. Make sure countertop areas in the second building and other visible areas to members are clean, neat and organized
9. Wipe down all equipment in the second building (cardio room and weight room) in the second building at least 2 times a week
10.Apply all YMCA policies dealing with member services.
11.Exhibits a positive attitude and behavior consistent with the philosophy, values, and mission of the YMCA.
12.Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Male cleaner preferred
