Direct Support Professional – Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you'll support individuals with disabilities in daily living, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal prep, and medication.
Monitor vital signs and observe for behavioral or health changes.
Support community involvement and social interaction.
Follow individualized care plans.
Maintain a safe, clean environment.
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in personal care or a residential setting preferred.
Basic knowledge of health monitoring, CPR/first aid, and medication administration.
Strong observation, communication, and empathy.
Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
Valid Drivers License
18 years of age or older
