PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Collect, track and enter registrations into the Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) data system. Complete attendance and performance measure reports using our YES tracking system and turn them into the State by the due date each month.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

Data entry of youth member information into DFPS data system

Provide clerical support to the Resource Development department as needed

Provide activity tracking reports
-
Provide attendance reports for up to 700+ youth members
-
Provide reports to DRD, DCPO, CPO as requested
-
And other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club and administrative staff, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions.
External: Maintain contact with members, families and the general public to give and obtain information, either in response to inquiries or as instructed by supervisor.
SKILL/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School diploma or equivalent

One year of office clerical experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Typing/keyboarding skills of at least 40 wpm
-
Good organization and attention to detail
-
Strong ability to multi-task under a deadline
-
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
