At the YMCA, we're building more than just skilled athletes—we're shaping confident, disciplined young people through the power of competitive gymnastics. As a Team Coach, you'll guide dedicated gymnasts on their journey to excellence while embodying our commitment to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Direct athlete development: Work closely with a small group of committed gymnasts, building lasting relationships while helping them master USAG routines and reach their competitive potential.
Championship preparation: Guide athletes through proper progressions, provide expert spotting across all apparatus, and prepare them for the intensity and excitement of gymnastics meets.
