The Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of Katy Christian Ministries by aiding in the implementation of marketing strategies and fundraising efforts. This role plays a vital part in enhancing KCM’s visibility, donor engagement, and community outreach through innovative content, event coordination, and both digital and print communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about nonprofit work.

Develop and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.

Design branded digital and print materials (e.g., flyers, graphics, videos) to support events and campaigns.

Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all platforms in alignment with KCM’s brand standards.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for digital campaigns.

Capture, edit, and curate photos, videos, and success stories from programs and events.

Maintain and execute KCM’s communications calendar.

Represent KCM at community events, donor gatherings, and outreach opportunities to promote awareness and build relationships.

13 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit support roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing tools.

Familiarity with donor databases (e.g., DonorPerfect, Blackbaud) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
