Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team in our Cuyahoga Falls office. This location in particular is a smaller, quieter and has more of a private practice type feel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling to clients dealing with mental health issues.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide accessible care options for clients.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Independent Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT)
