The Marketing Specialist will focus primarily on developing and executing marketing strategies for The Arc of Monroe’s social enterprises, including ArcWorks, ArcDeli/DeliWorks, and Arc Advance with the goal of increasing revenue. This role will support the promotion of these initiatives through targeted campaigns, content creation, and community engagement, ensuring consistent messaging that highlights the impact of employment and skills development for individuals with I/DD. The Specialist will also provide cross-functional support for other marketing activities as needed, fostering a collaborative environment aligned with the organization’s mission of inclusion, empowerment, and community integration.

This role will be responsible for the social enterprises’ marketing efforts, coordinate content creation, and manage digital campaigns. The Specialist will work collaboratively with program staff on planning and executing marketing activities. The position will also support the organization’s fundraising, advocacy, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing presence aligned with the organization’s mission of fostering inclusion and community integration for people with I/DD.

The Marketing Specialist role is a part-time, partially remote position.

Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, plus 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent in education and experience.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop along with proficiency in WordPress for web development projects.
Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting individuals with I/DD.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and cross-train for other marketing functions.

Licensure/Certification

Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
