The Bair Foundation is looking for a part-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for our office in Charleston, South Carolina!

Essential Functions:

Utilize electronic system for reports and file maintenance.
Maintain schedule for supervisor(s), including travel and hotel arrangements.
Assist in pre-hire documents or requirements of new staff.
Compile and submit state reports to the state offices or designated entities.
Utilize the computer tracking system, along with maintaining information in the electronic database.
Assist the Director with licensing renewals, Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracts.
Train and provide support to secretaries in the region.
Assist with new office set-ups.
Maintain The Bair Foundation’s employee portal for the assigned state(s) regarding forms, policies and trainings that impact the employees of that state.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.
Two years of administrative experience.
Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
Must be well organized and proofread accurately.
Strong verbal/communcation and orginizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
