HR Ministry Solutions is a faith-based non-profit organization that serves churches and ministries by helping them with their HR needs. This 501c3 organization was launched with the mission of helping churches be as passionate about protecting and providing for their staff as they are for the people they are reaching.
HRMS continues to grow rapidly and has expanded their reach nationwide with services and resources for Church Executives, HR Staff and Ministry Managers. A few of these services and resources include HR audits, compensation audits, HR essentials, conferences, webinars, and online learning modules.
Role Snapshot
The role of the Account Coordinator is to work closely with our Business Development team to keep things running smoothly as we grow. Your main focus will be tracking and managing potential clients. You'll help improve our systems to make it easier to turn interest into real business, and once a new client is on board, you'll make sure everything is ready for our Operations team to take over.

How You Will Contribute
- Take scheduled incoming discovery call appointments to talk through services, send proposals, book clients;
- Communicate with potential clients via email to answer questions;
- Build relationships with clients by making follow-up calls as needed after initial discovery call;
- Manage account pipeline & proposals to keep leads warm;
- Create prospects, track, maintain status of each potential client, and create follow-up plan;
- Create and run account reports as needed;
- Support Business Development Team with education course sales and backend support;
- Provide backend account support for Business Development Team (sending service brochures & proposals)
- Invoice consulting clients;
- Work with Business Development Team to compile list of church network groups and denominations to reach out to for “group/network” sales packages;
- Work with Strategy Team to give feedback and co-create needed assets;
- Attend conferences on behalf of HR Ministry Solutions to cultivate more leads, as needed;
- Other related duties and projects as assigned.
You Got Skills?
• Required:
- 2+ years working in a church or ministry as a paid employee, in any capacity
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Proactive in learning and actions, able to drive projects and timelines, and able to work autonomously with minimal or no oversight
• Preferred:
- 2+ years working in account management/customer service
- Prefer some college and remote work experience
- Great at business casual email and phone etiquette
- Quick learner of new software
- A Plus if experienced in: HR, Microsoft Teams and 365, Google Suite, Smartsheet, Honeybook, Thinkific
Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Experience:
- Account Mgmt experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Paid Church Employment: 2+ years (Required)
- HR experience: Preferred
