We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing and Project Management Contractor to support and execute a range of marketing initiatives and project coordination tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, creative, and strategic, with experience across digital marketing, content creation, and project management.

You will play a key role in promoting health education resources, managing workshops, and ensuring smooth execution of various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our Patient Portal.
DeCreationvelop Facebook ad campaigns to grow engagement and patient outreach.
Content :
Write, edit, and publish blog posts related to kidney diseases for Kidney-Disease.org.
Design visually appealing graphics, ads, and promotional materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Website Management:
Update website content, assist with page creation, SEO optimization, and ensure timely publication of blogs and updates.
Project Management:
Coordinate projects such as workshops, campaigns, and content calendars.
Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Workshops:
Support planning and promotion of educational workshops (virtual and/or in-person).
Create promotional materials and manage workshop registrations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, project management, and social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, website CMS (such as WordPress), and design tools (e.g., Canva).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with teams.
Familiarity or interest in healthcare topics (particularly kidney health) is a plus.
