Position
Pariva Health is looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to grow our FSP clinical team. The ideal candidate will serve as a team member and fill the role of child developmental specialist and family involvement advocate. The FSP Clinician will perform multidisciplinary child and family assessments, provide family support activities and education using individualized child and family focused interventions, enabling families to engage their child in learning and promote developmental gains.
Our model is 100% remote, though clinical roles must reside in the state where services are provided.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to clients/ families, maintaining a caseload of 15-20 clients (initially)
- Maintain supervisory responsibilities as team grows and additional Master’s level clinicians and/or LMHC, LCSW clinicians are hired. As supervisor, clinician will also be required to maintain a caseload though size will flex as team grows.
- Counsel clients/family/caregivers, providing psychotherapy when necessary
- Complete family intake and assessments, assessing family and child strengths, resources, concerns and working with other members of the FSP team to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan
- Work with a family/client to monitor progress, updating the Family Support Plan as needed
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data to monitor progress
- Provide verbal and written progress updates
- Provide clinical consultation in an integrated health care environment
- Arrive to tele-therapy appointments on time and maintain regularly scheduled sessions
- Provide families with information on current trends, resources and practices related to the needs of their child/family
- Maintain clinical records on all clients
- Post new hire training, exhibit deep familiarity and comfort with the Family Support Program and specific model components
- Ability to learn and use the therapeutic developmental kit to empower families to develop skills and behavioral gains
- Support organizational growth by identifying and establishing referral relationships with other organizations
Required Skills/Abilities:
- All candidates are required to have an MSW and current licensure in Massachusetts (i.e., LICSW) and carry personal liability insurance
- Candidates must reside in Massachusetts
- Knowledge of child development, planning and implementation of intervention programs for children and families
- Ability to enhance parental competence while encouraging families to rely on informal and formal outside supports
- Skills in communication with, and therapeutic support of, patients with cognitive impairments and/or learning challenges
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn new clinical skills and processes proprietary to the Family Support Program
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Passionate about working with children ages 3 through 12 and their families

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
