Non-Profit Support Specialist (Hybrid)
Fontainebleau/Miami, FL | $16.50 per hour

We're partnered with a leading Nonprofit Organization that specializes in providing Long Term Care services to those in the community.
They're looking to expand their team with dedicated Customer Service Associates who will play a key role in handling inbound/outbound phone screenings and reviewing the best care options with patients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound/outbound patient phone screenings to gather relevant information
Review and recommend best care options to patients based on their needs
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism

What’s in it for you?

Full-time, Mon to Fri Regular Business Hours
Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)
$16.50 per hour; paid weekly

Qualifications:

2 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Bilingual fluency required – English/Spanish
