We are seeking experienced and motivated Debt Settlement Sales Agents to join our remote team.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Debt Settlement Sales Agent to join Foundation Debt Resolution. This is a remote position, and we’re looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the best leads—clients who have already set appointments to discuss their finances. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, including the potential to lead your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with qualified leads—clients who have already scheduled appointments to discuss their debt resolution options.
Assess each client’s financial situation and offer tailored debt settlement solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and offering excellent customer service.
Accurately document and track client interactions in our CRM system.
Adapt to team goals, contribute positively, and collaborate with colleagues to improve results.
Be present for a full workday, demonstrating commitment and consistency.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with clients.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in debt settlement sales with a reputable company (preferably Beyond, Americor, National Debt Relief, or another reputable debt settlement company).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while being a proactive and supportive team player.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to working a full day.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Must provide your own computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection (ethernet or stable Wi-Fi).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
Familiarity with debt settlement laws and industry regulations.
Previous remote work experience is a plus.
