Salary Range:

This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Specialist is responsible for making outreach to customers, generating referrals and revenue from leads, providing current and prospective customers with information about One Call products and services, and developing new business relationships while maintaining and servicing current customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Outreach: 65%

Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned programs(s).
Targets Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers within the worker’s compensation industry via telephonic and/or electronic communication.
Manages and calls on new/existing leads from various sources to generate referrals/revenue.
Obtains orders and documentation from physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers.
Utilizes OCCM Systems and Salesforce to achieve desired results.
Collaborates with product and operations teams for successful referral conversions.
Engages the Sales Team when applicable to assist in referral conversions.
Exercises limited decision-making authority within established parameters.

Works through customer service issues with our customers, providers and vendors as they occur.
Provides excellent customer service.

Know the Business: 10%

Executes cross capture of products to maximize revenue opportunities across product lines.
Understands business workflows and products.

Contribute Responsibly: 10%

Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Provides support and feedback regarding program workflows and enhancements.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If working with federal government contract clients, a colleague is required to receive federal government clearance for handling sensitive information. Colleague is also required to receive annual security awareness training.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be proficient with navigating in Internet Explorer and Chrome.
Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills are required for this role.
Must be a problem solver using critical thinking skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work in an environment that aligns with the company's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging standards.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office.
This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously.
The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that require speed or productivity.
The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress because of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.
