Summary

We are seeking an Executive Director who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth. This leadership role will be pivotal in driving our mission forward, motivating change, and ensuring that our programs effectively empower young people to reclaim their futures. The position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for Advent Group Ministries.
Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at youth empowerment and recovery.
Manage organizational operations, ensuring alignment with mission and goals.
Cultivate relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to enhance support for our initiatives.
Lead fundraising efforts and business development strategies to secure resources for the organization.
Supervise staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
Monitor program effectiveness and implement process improvements as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior leadership roles within non-profit organizations or similar sectors.
Strong business development skills with a track record of successful fundraising initiatives.
Excellent project management capabilities with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and operations management.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
