Regional Expansion Coordinator

REBOOT Recovery (REBOOT) is a Christian, faith-based non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to help people overcome trauma through small group courses around the world. We have served over 20,000 individuals through our peer-led courses and are mobilizing the largest faith-based response to trauma and suicide ever built.
Our organization will be able to serve more hurting families with an exceptional Regional Expansion Coordinator who will be responsible for growing the reach and impact of our International programs. The most important characteristic of our Regional Expansion Coordinator is that they are passionate about helping individuals heal by applying Christian faith-based principles to their lives.
EXPLANATION OF DUTIES
Where there are potential new Reboot course leaders via word of mouth or through leads passed down through the Regional Lead, the Regional Expansion Coordinator will follow up with each contact. This role is focused on Eastern Europe, primarily Ukraine, will screen the potential leaders to ensure they are a good fit to be a course leader.
Using Zoom and email correspondence, this role will explain the process of starting a group, building a leadership team, engaging the community, inviting participants and accessing course materials. After the groups have started, the Regional Expansion Coordinator will consistently support and coach the leaders during their 12 week courses as well as assist current leaders to select and raise up more new leaders.
The most important characteristic of our Regional Expansion Coordinator is to be passionate about helping individuals and families heal from trauma by applying Christian faith-based principles to their lives.
CRITICAL SKILLS
The expansion coordinator is an excellent (spoken and written) communicator in English, Russian and Ukrainian. They have ministry experience related to mental health, are a good listener and explain things articulately with simplicity and clarity. They are also well organized and manage task lists efficiently, respond quickly to email and other communication and are constantly looking for ways to improve expansion efforts. Additionally, they are excellent teachers, who have proven small group facilitation and teaching experience.
DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
We measure success by the number of quality course locations that are successfully formed each quarter.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Following up with and nurturing leads for new course locations (via the outreach of the regional lead team through conferences, networking and other connections)
- Screening new potential leaders
- Translating video and text content into multiple languages
- Overseeing RLA type training of new leaders (might need to make cultural changes to current material)
- Coach/support leaders as they walk through their 12 week courses
- Building local teams throughout the region
- Assisting local leaders in training up new leaders
- Form connections in the community for outreach purposes
- Keep necessary and helpful notes in Active Campaign about conversations with leads/potential leads
- Help with logistics of planning onboarding events
- Build relationships with regional local churches and other like minded organizations
YOU’LL NEED TO BE GOOD AT:
- Communicating clearly and with passion (in English and Ukrainian)
- Working remotely or with limited in-person oversight
- Nurturing and empowering a team
- Writing with proper spelling and grammar
- Good communication with HQ team/International Director/Regional Lead
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have networking experience
- Have strong connections to the region the efforts will be taking place in
- Have experience mentoring and motivating individuals and groups of people
