JOB SUMMARY

Family Services of Westchester is seeking an Evening Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Family Mental Health Clinic in White Plains, NY. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our clinic and help us continue to deliver high-quality services to those in need in Westchester County.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Input paperwork into the electronic medical records system
Make and forward phone calls
Collect copays and enter into the electronic medical records system
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Help conduct insurance verifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool Diploma
Bachelor's Degree
