Salary: $91,107.00 - $126,998.00 (per year)

Responsibilities

Lead national initiatives within patient safety and regulatory services. Responsible for regional partnership, collaboration and coaching oversight to the management of patient safety programs.

Partner with leadership on accountability measures, structures and processes for safety outcomes. Work collaboratively with market level leadership in patient safety activities and oversight.
Investigate or coordinate investigation of safety related incidents patients.
Review and analyze safety-related data. Prepare reports for committees and/or leadership.
Maintain records for and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for error prevention using data analytics and identify corrective action plans accordingly. Provide educational programs concerning safety and emergency preparedness practices.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
