We’re hiring a Partnerships & Admissions Associate to help expand our student community and deliver a seamless, supportive admissions journey. In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of outreach, enrollment, and partnerships—building meaningful connections with students, families, and school counselors, and guiding applicants from first conversation through successful enrollment.
About us: Nova Scholar is a nonprofit founded by Stanford researchers to make world-class academic and research opportunities accessible to ambitious high school students—especially those from underserved backgrounds. Since 2022, we’ve supported 500+ students with mentoring, scholarships, and innovative online programs in research, AI, and more.
About Role: This role is designed for a mid-level professional with experience in admissions, recruiting, customer success, or sales someone who thrives in a KPI-driven environment and enjoys managing a pipeline from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and manage targeted outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to students, families, and referral partners.Serve as the first point of contact, helping families identify the program that best fits their needs.
- Organize student interviews and oversee timely follow-up communications.
- Track and update leads within CRM systems (Pipedrive)
- Support info sessions and webinars, ensuring attendees are nurtured toward enrollment.
- Experiment with and refine messaging strategies (e.g., subject lines, follow-up sequences) to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach approaches and admissions playbooks.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or related pipeline-driven roles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—professional, approachable, and persuasive.
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing leads, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Goal-oriented mindset; comfortable working toward clear KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, and outreach tools—or the ability to pick them up quickly.
- A strong academic foundation and a passion for mission-driven, student-centered work.
Success Roadmap:
In your first 1 months, you will:
- Gain a deep understanding of our programs, outreach tools, and communication flows.
- Begin managing a portfolio of prospective students and counselor relationships.
- Support live events (info sessions, webinars) and help convert attendees into applicants.
By month 3, you will:
- Take full ownership of your outreach and admissions pipeline.
- Provide feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion tactics.
- Drive measurable enrollment growth by boosting outreach-to-application conversion rates.
- Contribute to refining our broader admissions and partnerships strategy.

Location: Remote — flexible hours across global time zones
Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 USD OTE (base + performance incentives)
Commitment: Part-time, 20-hrs/week. Possibility of moving into full-time
