The HR Data Analyst develops visualizations, analyses, and reports on human resources data from multiple sources. The HR Data Analyst provides insights to assist enterprise and ministry leaders. The HR Data Analyst also creates and holds training sessions and materials to increase organizational data fluency and software familiarity.
Core Responsibilities:

Facilitates requirements gathering for national Oracle report builds.

Assists in building and maintaining Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.

Compiles standardized analytical and statistical guidebooks and analyses, with a focus on HR data.

Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of guidebooks and analyses.

Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.

Liaises with internal customers from a variety of functional areas, to understand their people-related information requirements.

Assists with development and facilitation with internal training sessions.

Assists with developing and disseminating learning guides and course materials on metrics and tools available within the Visier Platform in collaboration.

Participate in weekly project management efforts with Visier, including creating project plans, facilitating discussions, and documenting action items regarding in-progress work with Visier.

Identifies trends and participates in problem-solving investigation to provide recommendations to leaders to effectively assist them with decision making on operational and/or other business issues.
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence strongly preferred

Comfort and experience with Visier

Experience managing projects, either formally or informally

Experience with visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI

Experience with HR data is strongly preferred

Strong communication skills

Proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities successfully

An interest in learning and building technical and statistical skills such as python programming and machine learning algorithms.
