Innovate! Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support federal client initiatives by managing small to mid-sized projects that drive modernization and operational improvements. You will be responsible for coordinating project planning and execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client priorities. In addition, you will contribute to strategic analysis, support stakeholder engagement, and help advance modernization and process improvement efforts.
We are seeking self-starting individuals with a “Let me at it” attitude who can adapt to a fluid work environment and an occasionally demanding schedule. Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 annually

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Portfolio Management

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing forecasts across multiple workstreams.

Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Coordinate with clients on contractual priorities, burn rate monitoring, and deliverable alignment.
Client Support

Act as primary liaison with stakeholders, providing updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Facilitate meetings, briefings, and workshops to ensure alignment between client leadership and delivery teams.

Prepare and deliver reporting, including weekly status updates, risk registers, and monthly invoicing.
Analytical Support

Conduct ROI analyses by gathering data, leading interviews, and performing in-depth assessments, including Return on Investment, Analysis of Alternatives, Fit/Gap, Business Case, Market Research, and Performance Assessments.

Perform process mapping, gap analyses, and best practice research to support strategic recommendations.

Deliver actionable insights and findings through executive-ready reports and presentations.
Technology & Modernization

Manage SharePoint enhancements, migrations, and adoption initiatives to improve collaboration and efficiency.

Support technical solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field; minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement and technology initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to brief technical and executive audiences.

Demonstrated experience managing projects and conducting analysis in support of federal programs.
