Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA. In this role, you will ensure the safety of all pool patrons while providing excellent customer service. Your vigilance and skills will contribute to our mission of fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for our community.

Responsibilities

Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to promote a safe environment.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary.
Ability to lift heavy objects as needed for pool maintenance.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
